The Serenely Guided Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that supports charitable,

educational, and scientific efforts to improve the lives of patients, families, caregivers,

and those affected by rare diseases. Our passion and commitment is to raise funds that

support resources for patients and families during treatments, providing critical

positions in the area of Patient Navigation and Telehealth, funding grants for medical

students, and contributing to the advancement of genetic testing, counseling, and wellness programs for the purpose of driving health innovation for the rare disease community.
