It's my hope that you will read this "about me" section before you read anything I blog. The intent is to provide background which will give you some sense of my core beliefs.

I have a threshhold which reflects the way I was raised -  children, the developmentally / physically disadvantaged and the elderly are those people who are deserving of our support. Given the current climate I would be remiss if I did not say that gratuitous, negative comments are welcome in that they would help the reader in understanding the posters intentions.

Another of the foundations I rely on is honesty. This is an easy point to manage since those with difficulty identifying the truth are, in general, angry people. Just watch for the flow of money if there is any doubt.

One observation from my years on this planet is that when a person cannot make a coherent argument, or for that matter any argument at all, they immediately initiate an attack on the other individual. It's called an 'ad hominem' attack and it indicates the weakness or absence of any supporting argument for their position. Essentially an impotence of thought. If you find this acceptable then good luck and may God bless.
