Salvatore Albano, 49, of 270 Lexington St., East Boston, was arrested and charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle. Road Worker Allegedly Damages Vehicle  At 11:02 a.m. Dec. 27, police responded to the area of Kenwood Avenue and Main Street for a report of vandalism.
