Two Arrested After Raid Yields 68 Bags of Crack Cocaine

Stoneham Police teamed up with a pair of SWAT teams to execute what they called a "high risk" search warrant.

A variety of law enforcement agencies converged on a Stoneham home to execute a search warrant, arresting two residents of the property on drug charges Friday morning. According to a press release from the Stoneham Police Department, the Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council (NEMLAC) and the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Department SWAT teams joined them at a home at 45 Pomeworth Street to execute a “high risk” search warrant related to narcotics sales. Following the raid, Taja Angi and Inaldo O’quendo, both 45 Pomeworth Street residents, were arrested. REPORTS: Stoneham Police Assist Melrose PD in Search For Shooting Suspect

A home on West Wyoming Avenue in Melrose was shot multiple times late Thursday night, according to unconfirmed scanner reports.

Stoneham Police assisted Melrose Police in the search for a possible suspect vehicle involved in a shooting on West Wyoming Avenue in Melrose late Thursday night, according to unconfirmed scanner reports. At roughly 11:45 p.m. Thursday, Melrose Police responded to 19 West Wyoming Ave. after receiving several calls about shots fired in the area, according to the reports. At least four bullet holes were found in the home, including one in the door and another through the window, according to the reports. Tom, the local paper did carry the report of the criminal stealing from employees at the South Elementary School. No comment from Olson nor anyone on how the individual entered freely into the building, that was kept hush hush. Nor was the employee reprimanded for this action.
