DCR: Flooded Stretch of Route 28 in Stoneham to Reopen Thursday Night

A stretch of Route 28 in Stoneham closed due to flooding may reopen around 7 p.m. Thursday, according to a spokesperson for Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation.
