A man was arrested and a vehicle with Massachusetts plates was towed. Luis Sosa, 25, of 6 Rosedale, Dorchester, was arrested and charged with a drug violation near a school or park, possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute and possession of a class A drug with the intent to distribute.
