Veterans Day Ceremony at Town Hall Friday

Check out our complete schedule of the holiday services planned in town.

The Town of Stoneham, VFW Post 620 and the American Legion will be hosting the Veterans Day services planned for Friday. Master of Ceremonies will be Stoneham Board of Selectman Bob Sweeney. Services will be held on the front steps of Town Hall. Residents are asked to gather around 10:30-10:40 a.m. for the ceremony at 11 a.m. Music and Taps will be performed by the Stoneham High School Band, led by Director Edward Grammer. The Public Address will be conducted by Brian Johnson. Schedule for Veterans Day Service 10:30 a.m.: Residents assemble on steps of Town Hall. 10:40 a.m.: Prelude and posting of colors by the Stoneham Boys Scouts and American Legion Post 115. 10:45 a.m.: Pledge of Allegiance. 10:50 a.m.: Stoneham Girls Scouts to sing "…
