Stoneham's 2013 residential tax rate is $13.06, up from $12.61 in 2012. The average residential tax rate for communities surveyed was $13.09 in 2012 and has risen to $13.58 in 2013, according to the data. Taxes due soon: The deadline for Stonehamites to pay their second quarter real estate and personal property taxes is Nov. 1, according to the town website. 3. Interesting data and I am sure that the supporters of the Community Preservation Act will use this data to argue that the Stoneham Tax payer is not overburden with taxes. However, this is a meaningless statistic and can not be used as a useful measurement of the citizen’s tax burden.
