POLICE LOG: GPS, iPod, Coach Sunglasses Stolen from Vehicle in Stoneham

Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.] At 12:13 a.m. Aug. 16, Stoneham police were called to Stonewood Avenue for a report of a past breaking and entering. The caller told police that their GPS, iPod and Coach sunglasses were stolen from their unlocked vehicle. A report was taken. Aug. 16 @7:40 a.m.: Police responded to Maple Street for a report of a two-car crash with no injuries. No tows recorded in the log. @8:21 a.m.: Police responded to North Street for a motor vehicle crash. No injuries or tows noted in the log. @8:33 a.m.: Police called to Rustic Road on a report of a past breaking and entering into a …

POLICE LOG: Car Stereo, GPS Stolen From Vehicles in Stoneham

Check out what types of calls kept the Stoneham Police Department busy recently.

Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.] At 2:18 p.m. Aug. 5, Stoneham police responded to Main Street on a report of a breaking and entering and theft from a motor vehicle. The caller told police that their car stereo had been snatched from their vehicle.  Several minutes later at 2:27 a.m., police were called to Wright Street for a report of a larceny. The caller told police that her GPS was stolen from her car. Police to file a report. Aug. 5 @3:34 p.m.: A phone wire from a pole on the corner of Main Street and North Street went down. Soon after, the wire was tied off.
