1. Sunny skies: It's expected to be mostly sunny, with temperatures nearing a high of 90 during the day Monday, according to the forecast for Stoneham on the National Weather Service website. At night, it will be partly cloudy, with temperatures dipping to a low of about 65. Winds will decrease from 6 to 9 miles per hour during the day to 3 to 5 miles per hour in the evening. 2. Water meters: Starting Oct. 1, the town of Stoneham will no longer offer second outside water meters, according to the town website. 3.
