I went to the Pomeworth meeting on Tuesday night. I told the Selectmen that they were on notice that the towns liability would not be insulated for wanton, willful and reckless behavior. Sending children down Washington Street with no sidewalks, cars pulling up onto the sidewalk to park, increased traffic and no police detail was absurd.
