February school vacation week can be an exciting time for kids, but a harrowing one for parents. Unlike other school vacations, there's not a major holiday to keep everyone busy, nor is the weather typically nice enough for a ton of outdoor activities. Parents also often have to call in backups if they can't take the week off work, and the combination of new nannies, bad weather, and unplanned days is prime conditions for a epic outbreak of cabin fever.
