A Stoneham man who got into an altercation with then Selectman candidate Tom Boussy March 31 was arraigned Monday in Woburn District Court on a charge of malicious destruction of election signs, according to a spokesperson with the Middlesex District Attorney's office. At arraignment, Frank Petrillo pleaded not guilty to a single count of malicious destruction of personal property (election signs belonging to Boussy) under $250, according to Stephanie Guyotte, a spokeswoman for Middlesex District Attorney Gerry Leone’s office. A court clerk did not file a criminal complaint of assault and battery against Petrillo.
