The caller reported a black Chevrolet with windows down parked in the area for several days, according to police. Police confirmed that the vehicle, which had Massachusetts plates, was stolen. The keys were found inside the vehicle, according to police. The vehicle's owner was notified and agreed to pick up the vehicle at that location, according to police.
