Will You Take Transit Home?

This cuddle bug needs a caring owner.

Transit is ready to travel to a loving home. This lover boy is about two years old and really struggled outside, trying to survive the winter and near starvation. Thankfully, he stumbled upon a woman that took notice and started feeding him. We nearly froze ourselves, waiting night after night to capture him.

Transit’s physical and personality traits make us believe he is an Egyptian Mau mix. He is a confident and striking boy, with his defined tiger like stripes and spots. His coloring is gray, black and white, with soulful green eyes and a long, lanky body.

In some ways Transit is like a dog, he likes to follow his people around and enjoys as much one-on-one attention as your heart desires. Transit can be vocal at times, most often when you are not getting his food dish down fast enough. He makes the cutest soft cooing sounds and purrs loudly when patted.

Transit loves to snuggle on your lap or sit next to you while you watch TV and uses his scratch pads, not the furniture. Transit doesn’t mind sharing his humans with a small dog, but is not interested in other cats.

At his vet visit, it was determined he had a chronic deficiency—easily managed with a low-cost supplement—to keep him at his healthy best. His special care is very minimal and being such a love bug, it will soon be obvious that he’s worth it.

We don’t care what mode of transit you choose: boat, car, bike, just as long as you come and visit this special cat that so needs a home of his own.
