The Boys & Girls Club of Stoneham is set to host a Stoneham Strong blood drive from 2 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 30, according to a press statement.

Those interested in attending can call 1-800-RED-CROSS to make an appointment. Walk-ins will also be accepted at the club located at 15 Dale Court, adds the statement.

The blood donations collected at this community drive will help patients and hospitals throughout the region, reads the statement.

“This drive is an opportunity for residents of Stoneham and surrounding communities to come together and once again demonstrate their tremendous strength and willingness to make a difference,” said Sen. Katherine Clark (D-Melrose) in the statement.

“This blood drive is a great opportunity to residents in Stoneham and the surrounding communities to give back,” said State Rep. Jason Lewis (D-Winchester) in the statement. “I am grateful to the Red Cross for coming to our community so that residents can support a great cause.”
