State Legislators to DCR: Open Hall Memorial Swimming Pool This Summer

1. Guilty pleas: A Stoneham man  Monday in a Woburn court to charges that he assaulted a local woman in her home last December, according to a press statement issued by Middlesex District Attorney Gerry Leone's office.

2. A return of rain? Temperatures are expected to reach a high of 69 during the day Tuesday, with a low of about 57 at night, according to the National Weather Service forecast for Stoneham. There is a chance of rain and thunderstorms after 10 a.m., and may be partly sunny during the day. There is a 30 percent chance of precipitation throughout the day, according to the forecast.

3. In case you missed it: weighed in on the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation's decision to not open  this summer. They also to DCR Commissioner Edward Lambert asking that the pool be opened this summer.
