10 Johnson Ave., Hampton Beach, NH: $305,000 — This three-bedroom, two-bath house is just one block from the beach. With five parking spots and a big deck, there’s plenty of room for family and friends. The house also boasts a “theatre/bonus” room and an “open concept” kitchen area with lots of windows.  


47 Center Ave., Middletown, RI: $357,000 — A cozy, three-bedroom Cape is nestled between not one, but two beaches, in Middletown. The 1,394-square-foot home was recently renovated to include a granite and stainless steel kitchen and has hardwood floors.

14 Old County Road, Rockport, MA: $397,500 — Located on Long Beach, this is a 943 square-foot cottage with two bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a three-season porch, a full attic and basement for storage and plenty of parking for guests.


4 Stafford Road, Hull, MA: $349,900 — Just a few minutes walk from the beach, this 1,500-square-foot home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Described as a “bayside bungalow,” it was built in 1940.

10 Hawthorne Ave., Falmouth, MA: $399,000 — This 775-square-foot home is being sold “as is.” Located in Falmouth Heights, it was built in 1930 and includes two bedrooms and one bath. Just six houses back from the beach, it is a short walk to the shore.
