The Stoneham Board of Selectmen met Tuesday to discuss several items, including the Commons at Weiss Farm.

According to John Witten, the town's attorney in this matter, the plan has not changed and the proposal and comments by officials are being reviewed by the state.
The proposal includes a 264-unit apartment complex called The Commons, with 88 40B units, on the 26.6-acre plot at 170 Franklin St.
In addition to the Weiss Farm update, selectmen also met as the Liquor Licensing Authority and discussed several other items.
