Who Are Four of Massachusetts’ ‘Most Wanted’ Fugitives?
These four people are wanted by police for various crimes.
Every day, police solve crimes in all our communities. But when suspects get away, Massachusetts law enforcement officers turn to the public for help. And that’s where the Mass Most Wanted network comes in.
Here are four of the state’s Most Wanted “fugitives” within the network:
Wellesley / Jamaica Plain / Ohio / Dominican Republic

Name: Mariano Pereyra
Crimes: In March, 2013, Pereyra was indicted on 15 counts of aggravated rape of a child, indecent assault and battery on a child and statutory rape of a child. Although he had been wearing a GPS monitoring bracelet since December 2012, Pereyra removed the GPS on March 24, 2013 after learning he had been indicted on the charges. Police report Pereyra has family in Jamaica Plain, the Dominican Republic and Ohio.

Marlborough
Name: Lucas Aguiar
Crimes: In 2009, Aguiar was indicted on several counts of rape of a child. He also has several warrants out for various crimes, including: larcencies, motor vehicle offenses, and possession of a Class D substance. Aguiar also goes by several names: Lucas Alvarenga, Lucas Aguiar D., Washington Aguiar, Lucas Depin and Lucas Aguilar.

Grafton
Name: Dominic Perretti
Crimes: Wanted for a probation violation, Perretti has a long list of criminal activities in his record. Perretti is a convicted felon who removed his GPS monitoring device after a crime in 2011.

Georgetown / Wenham
Name: Allen Freeburn
Crimes: Freeburn is wanted in connection with two housebreaks in Georgetown and Wenham in 2008, after police determined Freeburn was the driver of a getaway car after the Georgetown breaking and entering. Freeburn has over 500 entries on his criminal record, mostly larcenies and B&Es.
