UFO Reported Over Weiss Farm, Several Arrests in Police Logs for Aug. 24 to Sept. 4

3:20 p.m., August 24: Stoneham EMS responded to a request for medical aid at 159 Franklin Street.

3:46 p.m., August 24: Stoneham EMS responded to a request for medical aid at 6 Gignate Drive.

8:03 p.m., August 24: Officers arrested Charles Herbeck, 38, of 106 Franklin Street on an active warrant for operating a vehicle without a license and leaving the scene of property damage.

12:36 a.m., August 25: Officers sent three males home for the night after they were making too much noise on Sunrise Avenue.

12:39 a.m., August 25: Officers arrested Raymond Gordon, 33, of 52 Garfield Avenue, Woburn on Collincote Street and Elm Street, and charged him driving with a suspended license, a suspended registration, and operating an uninsured vehicle. Officers also charged him with warrant charges for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, leaving the scene of property damage and refusing to identify himself.

3:17 p.m., August 25: EMS responded to a medical request at 12 Danby Street.

1:44 a.m., August 26: A past larceny was reported at the Middle School at 101 Central Street.

4: 15 p.m., August 26: Officers responded to a report of a group of youths trying to open a fire hydrant on Main Street. The youths were gone by the time the police arrived.

2:58 p.m., August 26: Hit and run reported on Main Street.

11:52 a.m., August 27:  Past larceny reported at 240 Main Street.

12:50 a.m., August 28: Caller reported UFO sighting over Weiss Farm.

5:04 p.m., August 28: Brushfire reported at the Sheepfold/Fellsway West. Fire knocked down.

11:08 p.m., August 29: Officers responded to a report of youths shooting at a stop sign with a BB gun. The youths were gone by the time the police arrived.

1:46 a.m., August 30: Officers told a party to turn down their music on Franklin Street.

8:31 a.m., August 30: Police arrested Anthony Marcello, 36, of 65 Calthea Street on warrants for operating with a suspended license, operating with a suspended license.

6:32 a.m., August 31: Four gallons of gasoline spilled on the ground at the Mobil Station at 250 Main Street.

9:13 p.m., August 31: Officers responded to an illegal burning at 45 Pomeworth Street.

10:10 a.m., August 31: Officers arrested Alex Collins, 23, of 7 Cedar Street, Wakefield and charged him with a second offense of OUI liquor.

10:48 p.m., September 1: A motorcyclist ran into a gas pump at the Mobil Station at 2 South Street. Operator was transported to Winchester Hospital.

9:31 p.m., September 3: Officers arrested Gianni Difusco, 19, of 5 Chapel Way, and charged him with unarmed robbery, larceny under $250, possession of a Class A substance.

12:03 a.m., September 4: Caller reported flyers in the area of Maple Street offering heroin for sale. Officers removed the signs.
