Toilet Issue, Stolen Hockey Sticks and a Copper Theft in Police Logs

The following information was supplied by the Stoneham Police.

Jan. 18

12:30 a.m.: Officers responded to a report of an irate customer at 196 Main Street. Officers told the party to return during normal business hours. Employees were escorted to their cars.

1:05 p.m.: The DPW responded to a toilet issue at 112 Park Street.

10:20 p.m.: Residents of a house on Congress Street reported a medical disturbance. Officers transported the party to Melrose Wakefield Hospital.

Jan. 19

3:35 a.m.: Officers transported a person who was on foot to Winchester Hospital.

8:41 a.m.: Officers notified NSTAR of a fallen tree branch in a power line on Lake Avenue.

3:09 p.m.: Officers responded to a noise complaint in the Stop and Shop parking lot. A plow was working. The driver told police he had two more hours of work. He was allowed to continue.

 

Jan. 20

11:34 a.m.: A caller reported five hockey sticks stolen from 101 Montvale Avenue.

1:41 p.m.: Officers responded to a report of a construction trailer broken into on Manison Street. Copper and tools were taken.

6:56 p.m.: Officers escorted a homeless woman to Melrose-Wakefield Hospital after responding to a report of a suspicious person knocking on all of the doors at 122 Main Street.

11:14 p.m.: Officers and firefighters responded to a report of a stove fire at 44 Main Street.

 

Jan. 21

4:39 p.m.: A caller reported a man in his 60’s walking and falling over on Bow Street and Green Street. Officers were unable to locate the man.

 

Jan. 22

8:36 p.m.: Officers responded to a report of a threat made over a cell phone. The caller did not know the party.
