Stoneham Police Respond to Multiple Accidents

At 3:03 p.m. July 22, Stoneham police were called to the intersection of Maple and Park Streets for a report of a two-vehicle accident "in (a) bad spot," according to a police log. The drivers exchanged insurance paperwork, and no tows or transports were reported.

Nearly 20 minutes later at 3:21 p.m., police responded to the intersection of Main and North Streets for a report of a two-vehicle crash, with one of the vehicles being a motorcycle, according to a police log. No tows or transports logged.

July 22

1:57 p.m.: Police responded to a Warren Street apartment for a report of a past breaking and entering attempt, according to a police log. A report was taken.

3:40 p.m.: Police called to Lindenwood Road for a report of hypodermic needles found in the area, according to a police log. The needles were picked up and disposed of properly, the log notes.

5:30 p.m.: Police responded to Main Street Auto Service on Main Street for a report of a larceny, according to a police log. The caller told police that the owner of a vehicle took a car out of the garage without paying for services, according to the log. Police reportedly spoke with the owner who agreed to pay for services rendered, the report adds.
