Stoneham Man Accused of Assault, Witness Intimidation
At 8:21 a.m. July 17, Stoneham police responded to Elm Street for a report of a domestic between a mother and son, according to a police log. Jonathan Colleran, 31, of 135 Elm St., Stoneham, was arrested and charged with assault and battery and witness intimidation.
July 16
11:05 a.m.: Police called to Papa Gino's on Main Street for a report of uttering, according to a police log. The caller reported receiving a counterfeit bill. A report was taken.
July 17
1:46 p.m.: Police responded to the area of Elm Street and Macarthur Road for a report of property damage, according to a police log. The caller reported traveling west on Elm Street, when it struck several jagged rocks in the road causing damage to the right front tire and rim, according to the log.
8:31 p.m.: Police called to Franklin Street for a report of a vehicle that caused property damage, according to a police log. The caller claims a vehicle from the Villa Grande Apartments parking lot hit his fence causing damage, according to the log.
9:35 p.m.: Police received a call from Wilmington police that they had recovered a stolen vehicle from Stoneham, according to a police log. The vehicle reportedly was stolen from Brookbridge Road in Stoneham, the log adds.
