Police Logs: Caller Received Voicemail about Cocaine at the Airport and more

The following information was supplied by the Stoneham Police. Charges listed do not indicate convictions.

4:31 p.m., Oct. 25: A caller reported an instance of road rage when the driver allegedly followed the caller up Main Street, cursing and blaring his horn. The driver was gone when the police arrived.

10:24 p.m., Oct. 25: Officers assisted pushing a car to the side of the road after it ran out of gas on Franklin and Pond Street.

10:16 p.m., Oct. 26: Officers made contact with a caller who reported a past

12:04 p.m., Oct. 27: Caller reported that someone stole two bottles of liquor from Rapid Liquors.

9:01 p.m., Oct. 27: A caller received a voicemail from an unknown caller about picking up cocaine at the airport.

6:16 a.m., Oct. 28: A dump truck knocked a telephone pole down on Manison Street, causing a power outage.

10:27 a.m., Oct. 28: A caller reported a past larceny on Nixon Lane.

6:51 p.m., Oct. 28: Officers responded to a report of a breaking and entering on Vinton Court. There was no sign of a forced entry.

5:47 p.m., Oct. 28: Officers stopped a car on Montvale Avenue, ran the driver’s information and found an active warrant. Christopher Schievink, 29, of 22 Tibbettstown Way, Charlestown, MA was charged with three counts of assault and battery and three counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

7:20 p.m., Oct. 31: A caller reported about 100 middle school aged youths throwing eggs near Crosby Street and Wagner Road.

11:42 p.m., Oct. 31: A caller reported that his daughter was struck by a frozen egg on Main Street.

4:08 a.m., Nov. 1: Officers arrested James Armato, 25, of 463 William Street, Stoneham, MA and charged him with attempted murder, assault and battery and witness intimidation.
