Police Log: Wakefield Man Arrested on Shoplifting Warrants

At 12:01 a.m. Oct. 11, Stoneham Police responded to Main Street Mobil on a report of a possibly drunk man in the parking lot. Edward Zani, 41, of 76 West Park Dr., Wakefield, was arrested on warrants charging him with shoplifting more than $100 in merchandise, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

@10:28 p.m.: Police called to a Hill Court apartment for a report of a possible domestic. Police to file a report.

@7:38 a.m.: Police called to the area of Pond and South Streets for a report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury. State Police notified. No transports reported.

@12:47 p.m.: Police responded to Pond Street for a report of vandalism to a motor vehicle. Police to file a report.

@8:05 p.m.: Police called to MacArthur Road on a report of a motor vehicle crash. No injuries or tows reported. Police to file a report.
