Police Log: Wakefield Man Arrested on Shoplifting Warrants

At 12:01 a.m. Oct. 11, Stoneham Police responded to Main Street Mobil on a report of a possibly drunk man in the parking lot. Edward Zani, 41, of 76 West Park Dr., Wakefield, was arrested on warrants charging him with shoplifting more than $100 in merchandise, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
