Vehicles Vandalize in Stoneham
At 11:36 a.m. Dec. 28, a person visited the Police Station to report motor vehicle vandalism on Hancock Street. The caller reported that their vehicle's tires were slashed on Dec. 24, according to police. Police filed a report.

At 9:08 p.m., police received a call from a person claiming their vehicle was vandalized while parked on Rowe Hill Road. The caller reported that the rear window was broken; however, police could not see the damage as he placed the call from East Boston, according to police.

7:18 p.m.: Police called to The C-Store parking lot on Main Street for a report of a motor vehicle accident. No tows or transports logged. Police assisted with the insurance paperwork exchange.
8:08 p.m.: Police responded to the Ninety Nine Restaurant on Main Street for a report of a hypodermic needle found on the ground. Police recovered the needle and disposed of it properly.
10:06 p.m.: Police called to Stop & Shop Supermarket for a report of a hit-and-run. The caller claimed that a vehicle struck his vehicle and left the scene, according to police. Police file a report.
Dec. 29
3:07 a.m.: Police called to the area of Ravine and Woodland Roads for a report of a single-vehicle crash into a pole. State Police and NSTAR were notified, according to police. One person declined medical treatment, according to police. Police stood by until a Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation contractor arrived to remove a fixture from the wires.
10:55 a.m.: A person visited the Police Station to report a hit-and-run incident in the area of Spring and Washington Streets that happened earlier in the morning. Police filed a report.
12:12 p.m.: Police responded to a Stonehill Drive apartment on a report of vehicle vandalism. Police filed a report.
8:21 p.m.: Police called to the area of Pond and Summer Streets for a report of a single-car accident. No injuries or tows logged.
