POLICE LOG: Stoneham Man Charged With Assault and Battery

At 8:21 a.m. June 12, Stoneham police responded to High Street on a report of a past domestic assault and battery. The caller reported a past assault and battery, and the alleged assaulter gave a statement to police. Eules Tracy, 45, of 5 High St., Stoneham, was arrested and charged with assaulted and battery at 4 p.m.

@4:41 a.m.: Police called to Albion Avenue for a report of a motor vehicle vandalism. Police to investigate.

@9:57 a.m.: Police called to the Hess gas station on Main Street for a report of a larceny. The caller told police that a driver of a vehicle with a Massachusetts license plate drove off without paying for gas they had pumped. A report was taken.

@7:11 p.m.: A man visited the police station to report a hit-and-run incident. He told police his car was hit in the parking lot.
