Police Log: Stoneham Man Arrested, Charged With Assault & Battery After Street Fight

On Dec. 23 at 10:20 p.m., police were called to Montvale Avenue for a report of a street fight between two men. Ali Kadoura, 19, of 2 Mardin Lane, Stoneham, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.

@10:19 a.m.: Police respond to Lindenwood Cemetery for a report of items taken from the area. Police to investigate.

@11:11 a.m.: Police called to William Street on a report of a hit and run. The victim's vehicle was struck by another vehicle that did not stop. Police to investigate.

@11:19 a.m.: Police respond to on Main Street for a report of fraud. A credit card was issued by the credit union and used in France without authorization. Credit union wanted the incident logged. No investigation to follow.

@11:20 p.m.: Police called to on a report of a past assault and battery. A male clerk was reportedly grabbed by a customer behind the counter. Police to investigate.

Dec. 21

@2:16 p.m.: Police respond to on a report of a person harassing customers. Suspect gone on arrival.

@6:37 p.m.: A person visited the Police Station to report past threats. Police to investigate.

Dec. 22

@1:51 a.m.: Police conduct a motor vehicle stop on Main Street. Robert Lombardo, 67, of 180 Central St., Stoneham, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor, two counts of failing to stop or yield and two counts of marked lines violations.

@8:45 a.m.: Police called to the area of Elm and Oak Streets for a report of a two-car accident. No injuries reported and no tows or transports needed.

Dec. 23

@4:50 a.m.: Police respond to Drummond Road on a report of an oil odor inside the house. to investigate.

@10:10 p.m.: Police respond to Myopia Road for a report of vandalism to a fence. No significant damage done to fence and homeowner intends to re-install.

@10:27 p.m.: Police respond to Wright Street on a report of a fence allegedly broken down by three teens. The teens could not be located.

@11:50 p.m.: Police called to on a report of vandalism. A person in a passing car reportedly threw eggs at his vehicle, causing damage to the exterior. Police to investigate.
