POLICE LOG: Stoneham Crash Sends Two to Winchester Hospital

At 7:33 a.m. Sept. 12, Stoneham Police called to Pond Street for a report of a motor vehicle crash with personal injuries. State Police were notified. Two people were taken to Winchester Hospital.

@12:07 p.m.: Police called to Hersam Street on a report of a motor vehicle crash. A vehicle crashed into a utility pole, according to police. No damage was done to the pole, but the vehicle was towed from the scene, according to police.
@5:26 p.m.: Police responded to Benjamin Terrace and Franklin Street for a report of a minor motor vehicle accident. No injuries or tows reported.

Sept. 13
@11:14 a.m.: Police called to West Wyoming Avenue on a report of a past breaking and entering into a motor vehicle. Police filed a report.
@8:44 p.m.: Police responded to Homestead Lane on a report of a streetlight on fire. DPW was notified to contact whoever is in charge of the streetlights, according to police. The fire was extinguished and Engine 3 returned to the fire station, according to police.
