Police Log: Stolen Vehicle Recovered, Another Goes Missing

At 11:50 a.m. Oct. 19, Stoneham Police responded to Winchester Hospital to recover a stolen vehicle in the parking lot. Police contacted the hospital to get their security footage. The vehicle was reported stolen from a Maple Street home in Stoneham, according to police.

@7:41 a.m.: Police responded to Emerson Street for a report of a motor vehicle crash with personal injury. The caller reported hitting a child, but the child appeared to be fine, according to police. Police to file a report.

@9:42 a.m.: Police called to Rose Lane for a report of a stolen vehicle. The caller reported the vehicle was stolen sometime after 11 p.m. on Oct. 18, according to police. The vehicle was entered into the Criminal Justice Information Services system, according to police.

@2:31 p.m.: Police called to Interstate 93 southbound for a report of a motor vehicle fire between exits 36 and 34.
