POLICE LOG: St. Patrick's Cemetery Vandalized in Stoneham

At 7:39 a.m. Aug. 2, Stoneham police called to on Elm Street for a report of vandalism. An officer confirmed vandalism to the area to flags and flowers.

@9:22 a.m.: Police called to Main Street on a report of a motor vehicle crash. The drivers exchanged insurance paperwork. A summons was sought.
@11:21 a.m.: Police responded to the area of Elm and Washington Streets on a report of a minor motor vehicle accident. No injuries or tows reported.

@12:26 p.m.: Police called to the Spring and Stevens Streets area for a report of a motor vehicle accident. One person was transported to Lahey Clinic. No tows reported.
@7:07 p.m.: Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Main Street. No injuries or tows reported.
@7:54 p.m.: Police called to Forest Street for a report of a tree on fire. A branch was found on a power line. NSTAR notified.
@8:25 p.m.: A person visited the police station to report a past hit-and-run incident in the rear parking lot of Redstone Shopping Center on Main Street.

@11:30 a.m.: Police called to Hersam Street on a report of a past breaking and entering into a home and vehicle. The caller told police their vehicle was entered and ransacked, and their home was also entered. Police to file a report.
@2:18 p.m.: Police responded to Cottage Street on a report of vandalism. The caller reported vandalism to fence. The caller also reported the vandalism to their property is an ongoing problem.
@5:39 p.m.: Police called to Westwood Road for a report of credit card fraud. Officer to document.
