POLICE LOG: Car Stereo, GPS Stolen From Vehicles in Stoneham

At 2:18 p.m. Aug. 5, Stoneham police responded to Main Street on a report of a breaking and entering and theft from a motor vehicle. The caller told police that their car stereo had been snatched from their vehicle.
Several minutes later at 2:27 a.m., police were called to Wright Street for a report of a larceny. The caller told police that her GPS was stolen from her car. Police to file a report.

@3:34 p.m.: A phone wire from a pole on the corner of Main Street and North Street went down. Soon after, the wire was tied off.
