Man Reportedly Shoplifts Almost $500 Worth of Electronics and Two Donut Sticks: A homeless man tried to walk out of Kmart with nearly $500 worth of electronics and two donut sticks, according to a Somerville police report. 

According to the report, Carlos Carrion-Rosa, 44, of Cambridge, walked into the Kmart in Assembly Square at about 1:40 p.m. Saturday, grabbed a cart and pretended to shop.

Dad Allegedly Deals Drugs From Car As Daughter Sleeps In Backseat: As his four-year-old daughter slept just a few feet away in a car seat, a 23-year-old Lowell man is alleged to have been conducting drug deals from his car in the parking lot at Walmart.

Joshua Sanchez, of 99 Orleans St., Apt 1, Lowell, was arrested by Tewksbury Police Thursday night and charged with distribution of a Class B substance (oxycodone), conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act, and possession of an electronic stun gun.

VIDEO: Man Crashes SUV Into Medford Side of Lower Mystic: A man crashed a 2002 Mitsubishi Montero into the Medford side of Lower Mystic Lake at about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to Massachusetts State Police.

The crash took place near the intersection of Mystic Valley Parkway and Sagamore Avenue in Medford.

 A male pedestrian was crossing Mass. Ave. at Mill Street shortly after 5 p.m. Saturday when a man in a pickup truck reportedly yelled at him, possibly drove over his foot and then took off.

The pedestrian, who was crossing toward Jason Street, told police that his foot hurt and he believed the truck may have run it over. He refused medical treatment.
