I feel truly sorry for the family left behind. This kind of loss cannot be forgotten. But again, for the safety of our towns legal residents, is this person an illegal immigrant? There are patterns at work here and to protect ourselves, notably including our public safety emplyees, we need to identify and address these patterns of behavior.

Hey Russ no this man was not an illegal immigrant and you are truly an asshole. What would make you think he is an illegal? The fact that his name is Oscar Lopez gives you no right to assume he is an illegal. I understand the name can influence you to think he is Hispanic but illegal? Really? Come on grow up and stop making yourself look stupid. First off what does being legal or illegal have to do with a fatal accident. Just in case you didn't know thousands of legal citizens kill themselves in accidents every year. Just to be clear there is absolutely no correlation between accidents and the status of your citizenship. Being illegal and having an accident does not make you part of a pattern that needs to be addressed. What is the pattern that needs to be addressed? Honestly this country needs less people like YOU. I truly feel sorry for your family because while you may be alive you are a closed minded judgmental asshole. You are part of a pattern, a pattern of racist Americans who make Americans look unintelligent to the rest of the world. Our country needs to protect ourselves against people like you.
