@11:50 a.m.: Mark Kerrigan found not guilty of involuntary manslaughter and guilty of assault and battery on a person over 60. The assault and battery charged may bring a sentence of up to 2 1/2 years in prison. Sentencing is slated for 9 a.m. Thursday.
