Body Reportedly Found on Stoneham Walking Path

Scanner reports indicate that the body was found on a walking path in the Fells Conservation Area.

Mass State Police have confirmed reports that a body has been found in Stoneham.

According to scanner reports, police have been called to the Fells Conservation Area for the report of a dead body.

Twitter user @MiddlesexRadio, a user that transcribes police scanner activity, reported that around 9:30 a.m. police were called for an unresponsive person on a walking path on Ravine Road.

Shortly after, another scanner transmission indicated that the unidentified person was deceased.

A second Twitter user indicated that the scene was being roped off as a found body crime scene, and that notifications were made to necessary police agencies to respond to the walking path.
