Wow, didn't realize there are so many vacant businesses in town. Parking is the biggest challenge for this space. But I really like the idea of a bakery or a coffee shop.

Hi Melisa, Thanks for your ideas regarding this vacant property. It is pretty surprising to see the number of vacancies in Stoneham as well as in other nearby communities. It'll be interesting to see how many of these properties are still empty in, say, five years.

I remember when that place was a market, but now it seems to me that it would be better as a parking lot for the business that are there now. So many places have come and gone.

Hi Deborah, Thanks for the comment. Parking for the existing businesses seems like a good idea. It seems like no matter what community you go to these days there just isn't enough parking available. I'm sure the current business owners near the former Stoneham market would appreciate having a couple additional parking space available to them.
