The Week Ahead: Senator Clark's Office Hours and Little League Registration

Here are a few events happening in Stoneham this week:

  • On Monday at 10 a.m. stop by the Stoneham Senior Center and join community elders in their weekly  Each week the group meets to build little handmade crafts that are sold later to benefit the senior center. Stop by, share in the craft making, some lively conversation and brighten a senior's day while helping out the center. 
  • On Tuesday at the  from 10:30–11:15 a.m. take your tots to . A fun literary program for children able to enjoy a few good stories and simple crafts in the activity room without an adult.
  • On Wednesday at the  in Wakefield at 6:45 p.m., try your hand (or your feet rather) at the . Arrive early to get registered and have your $2 entry fee ready. The Fun Run is timed and the results get posted on CoolRunning.com.
  • On Thursday at the , from 6–8 p.m., if you have little sluggers don't miss the . Stoneham Little League registration for the 2012 season will be held in the cafeteria, and is the only way to get your little Babe Ruths on the field. Check the Stoneham Little League website for more information.
  • Finally, on Friday at the  from 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m., pop by during . Senator Clark or a member of her staff will be available to meet with constituents in the district, so come armed with questions or comments.
