The nastiest areas are 1. Elm Street turning on to Washington Street. You take your life in to your hands getting out on Elm. 2. Spring & Washington. Spring Street should be renamed the Autobahn. Is there a speed limit??? 3. Rt 28 between Elm & Redstone. I've complained about Washington Street many times. It does no good IMO. Drivers heading toward Elm on Washington have no regard for the speed limit or pedestrians crossing the street. It's a path for kids in the morning and afternoon to walk home from school. Let's not wait until there's an incident to curb the problem.
