Another town meeting trick

A few years ago the citizens, united to defeat a proposal to put a cell tower in St. Patrick's cemetery due to health risks to the children and they won. Tomorrow night that victory will be reversed. The Selectmen have quietly placed in article on the town warrant to place a cell tower at the senior center just across the soccer filed from the cemetery. I guess we don't care about health risks to our seniors. This is a zoning change, where was the public hearing? Why weren't the people notified?
