On Friday, October 25, Greenwood Nursing and Rehab celebrated a very special 200 years. Residents Eleanor Cutler and Rose Higgins celebrated their 100th birthdays. Eleanor was born in Boston on October 25, 1913, and Rose was born in Somerville on October 27, 1913. A gala celebration was held in their honor to commemorate this milestone event. Family and friends traveled from out of state to join Eleanor and Rose in celebrating this momentous occasion. Everyone enjoyed food, fun, and lively entertainment provided by Greenwood's longtime resident Norma Lavender.
