The Stoneham Bikeway/Greenway committee is sponsoring a clean-up on the Railroad Right-of-Way in Stoneham. We are looking for volunteers to help do a clean-up on Saturday, October 26 on a section of the Bw/Gw behind the Stop & Shop on Rt. 28 in Stoneham. This is a great opportunity to meet others who support the trail and clean up our town. We would greatly appreciate any help we can provide. We welcome children middle school age and older as well. We would ask volunteers to wear garden or work gloves, long pants and sleeves also recommended and if possible, to bring a rake from home. We will provide leaf and trash bags. Please feel free to contact us at stonehamgreenway@gmail.com should you have any questions.
