Fitness Basics

Fitness Basics is a low-impact aerobic and muscle conditioning workout class for women and men. This fitness program helps maintain muscle strength and cardiovascular health.  

Date: Tuesdays and Thursdays, March 18 – April 17
Time: 9 to 10 a.m. Tuesdays, 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. Thursdays 
Cost: $55 (10 classes)
