Pilates, like yoga and meditation practice, is a time to place everything else aside and engage in an energizing and relaxing meditation of body, mind and spirit.
It’s a great way to reduce stress while getting an excellent workout. The smooth, steady movements quiet your mind and soothe your nervous system.
As you lengthen and strengthen your muscles, you’ll improve your circulation and whisk tension away. Each Pilate’s workout can leave you feeling calm, balanced and rejuvenated.
The Pilates’s principles of breath and concentration in each exercise session will allow you to let the tension go. Once done, you are well on the path to a healthier body inside and out.
