High St. At Broadway - its like the signs aren't there on High St. Also, Broadway at MacArthur Rd - signs routinely ignored.

The most ignored Stop sign while pedestrians are in a crosswalk is on North street where golfers cross at Bear Hill GC. Some golfer's going to get killed there. The most dangerous stop sigh to pull out from is at the corner of Spring & Washington. It's a blind corner to the right while on Washington with vehicles flying on Spring both ways. Even the school crossing guard won't step in the street to stop traffic on Spring at that intersection. Should be a 3 way stop for public safety to slow the hot roders on Spring street down.
