5 Things: Frigid Temperatures, Overeaters Anonymous Meeting & More

Here are five things to know for Thursday, Jan. 3: 

1. Frigid temperatures: While it's expected to be sunny on Thursday, temperatures will peak around 22 but the wind will make it feel like it's -6, according to the National Weather Service's forecast for Stoneham. In the evening, temperatures will drop slightly to a low of about 17.

2. Rehearsals: The Stoneham Senior Center's chorus and tambourine band will be rehearsing Thursday morning, with the chorus beginning at 9:30 a.m. 

3. Curb the cravings: Overeaters Anonymous is slated to meet at 6:30 p.m. at the Stoneham Senior Center, 136 Elm St.
