RE/MAX Leading Edge - Top Places to Work Recipient

For the third year in a row, The Boston Globe named RE/MAX Leading Edge as one of the 100 Top Places to Work.  The Globe reports that this year “what makes a company a Top Place to Work… for 2013 is ‘appreciation’. Massachusetts’ workers value the feeling that they are part of something meaningful and have confidence in their future as the key factors that determine how they feel about their jobs”.

The survey was conducted by Workplace Dynamics, an independent employee survey firm.  The Top Places survey results are determined by responses to 22 statements about how employees view the work they do, as well as their connection to the company and its direction, leadership, and execution. Overall, Boston-area workers rated their employers more positively than any other metro area or region in the country.
