Dr. Sohail N. Husain joins team of Agility Orthopedics in Stoneham, MA

STONEHAM, MA, ISSUED NOVEMBER 19, 2013…Agility Orthopedics, a leading provider of orthopedic care for more than 40 years, today announced that Board Certified hand surgeon Dr. Sohail N. Husain has joined the growing practice.

Dr. Husain specializes in hand, elbow and shoulder surgery. Specifically, he treats adult and pediatric conditions of the hand, elbow and shoulder, carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, arthritis of the hand, tennis elbow, tendon and nerve lacerations, fractures and broken bones, and rotator cuff tears.

For five years prior to joining Agility Orthopedics, Dr. Husain practiced as an orthopedic hand surgeon in Salem, NH.

Dr. Husain earned his Medical Doctorate at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine where he also completed his Orthopedic Surgical Residency. He earned his undergraduate degree at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Dr. Husain is affiliated with Hallmark Health (Melrose Wakefield Hospital and Lawrence Memorial Hospital), and Winchester Hospital. Dr. Husain is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. He is a member of Health Volunteers Overseas and spent one month in Nicaragua in 2008 performing surgery and teaching residents. He resides in Andover, MA with his wife and three children.
