POLICE LOG: Fence Vandalized at Dunkin' Donuts on Franklin Street

At 11:23 a.m. June 16, Stoneham police were called to the on Franklin Street for a report of vandalism. Police found a small section of fence smashed. No arrests reported.

June 15

@10:06 a.m.: Police called to Broadway on a report of a deer sighting in the area. The area was checked, but the deer couldn't be located.

@11:43 a.m.: Police responded to the area of Montvale Avenue and Wright Street for a report of a motor vehicle crash. No injuries or tows reported.

@11:54 a.m.: Police called to Super Petroleum on Lynn Fells Parkway for a report of a larceny after a driver drove off without paying the full amount for fuel.

June 16

@11:36 a.m.: A peson visited the police station to report a past larceny. Cable boxes were stolen from their mother's apartment on Common Street.

@5:08 p.m.: Police responded to the area for a report of an outside fire. Small fire extinguished.

@10:40 p.m.: A person visited the police station to report that his bike was stolen.

June 17

@2:39 p.m.: Police called to Park Street for a report of a hit-and-run incident, as a motor vehicle was struck by another vehicle. No arrests reported.

@5:13 p.m.: Police responded to Pond Street for multiple reports of a motor vehicle accident. No tows or injuries reported.

It would be nice if the Stoneham police patrolled Franklin St. Ever. It is easier to cross Main St in the morning than it is to make a left on to Franklin. Never see a cruiser anywhere to deter speeding or the vandalism at the Dunkin Donuts.
